Publication Policy — Overview

Quillify Publications considers research for its scholarly contribution, relevance and integrity. Submission, initial assessment, requested revisions and publication formalities are distinct steps. A manuscript is published only when the applicable requirements have been completed and the final publication files are ready.

The journal, volume, issue, author details and publication files form part of the manuscript’s recorded history. Authors can follow available updates and required actions through the Manuscript Tracker.

Acceptance & Pre-Publication Formalities

Provisional acceptance is conditional and should not be presented as a guarantee of publication. Authors must complete the requirements communicated for their manuscript:

• Provide the final manuscript and any requested corrected files.
• Confirm the author names, order, affiliations and authority to submit on behalf of the authors.
• Address outstanding editorial and originality-related corrections.
• Complete the required signed copyright form and any requested corrections to it.
• Complete the applicable manuscript processing payment and await recorded confirmation.
• Resolve outstanding publication requirements before the manuscript proceeds through formatting and release.

Copyright & Licensing

The rights and permissions applying to a manuscript are governed by the publication agreement supplied to its authors. Quillify’s existing process requires a signed copyright transfer form before publication. Authors should read that form, confirm their authority to grant the rights described and obtain permission for third-party material where required.

Reader permissions and author reuse rights must be checked against the agreement and the rights notice attached to the published work. Free access alone does not create unrestricted permission to reuse material.

Withdrawal Policy

Before publication, the corresponding author may request withdrawal by contacting the editorial office with the Manuscript ID, the reason and confirmation that the request has been discussed with the co-authors. The editorial office records the request and determines its handling in light of the manuscript’s current stage and any unresolved integrity concerns.

Payment does not guarantee publication, and the current manuscript workflow does not provide an automatic refund after payment. Seek clarification from the editorial office before paying if withdrawal or payment terms are unclear.

Once an article has been published, ordinary pre-publication withdrawal is no longer available. Concerns must be considered through the post-publication integrity process, with attention to preserving an accurate scholarly record.

Post-Publication Integrity

Report a material error or publication concern with the article link, a clear explanation and relevant evidence. The editorial office may seek explanations, examine the source material and consider an appropriate correction, retraction or other notice.

A retraction or other editorial action should explain the concern and its effect on the reliability of the work. Requests for removal or withdrawal after publication require individual assessment; an ordinary request does not erase an article or its history.

Conflicts of Interest

• Authors: disclose financial, professional or personal interests that could reasonably affect interpretation of the work, including relevant support or funding.
• Editors: disclose interests affecting impartial handling and seek an independent handling arrangement where appropriate.
• Reviewers: disclose relationships or interests before accepting an invitation and decline work where an objective assessment would be compromised.
